How to delete your account

Account closure: you may apply to close your Kuashii account in either of the following ways:

(1) In-app: go to Me — Settings — Account security — Delete account, and follow the prompts to complete the closure;

(2) By email: send a closure request to hello@kuashii.com and cooperate with us to complete identity verification.

Before you delete

Before closing your account, please note: you should ensure there are no orders in progress or settlements outstanding under the account; after closure, the account cannot be signed into or restored, and the personal information, order records, reviews, and other information under it will be deleted or anonymized (except where retention is required by laws and regulations); closure is irreversible, so please proceed with care.

How long it takes

We will complete the closure within a reasonable period after receiving your request and verifying your identity.

What data is kept, and for how long

5.2 Retention period: we retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

账号注销：您可通过以下方式申请注销您的跨什账号：

（一）应用内注销：进入 App「我 — 设置 — 账号安全 — 注销账号」，按提示完成注销；

（二）邮件注销：通过 hello@kuashii.com 向我们发送注销申请，并配合完成身份核验。

注销前须知

注销前请注意：您应确保账号下无进行中的订单或未完成的结算；注销后，该账号将无法登录和恢复，账号下的个人资料、订单记录、评价等信息将被删除或匿名化处理（法律法规要求留存的除外）；注销为不可逆操作，请谨慎操作。

完成时限

我们将在收到您的注销申请并核验身份后的合理期限内完成注销。

5.2　存储期限：我们仅在为实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留您的个人信息，法律法规另有强制性留存要求的除外。超出保留期限后，我们将对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。
